BC Election
About
Todd Holowchak is the OneBC candidate for Surrey-Serpentine River on Elections BC’s accepted nominations list for the October 24, 2026 provincial election. In September 2025, The Hub identified him as president of the Conservative Party of BC’s Surrey-Serpentine River riding association and quoted a July letter in which he criticized that year’s leadership-review process, including riding-specific ballot boxes and membership lists, as creating an impression of undue influence. A detailed OneBC campaign biography or independent profile of his occupation was not found.
